Michael Dunn MSc. UKCP Registered.
I have been offering psychotherapy and counselling in North East London for the past 15 years and have helped people with a wide range of common problems.
My practise is confidential and safe, I work in a way that is supportive and non-judgemental.
I start with an initial assessment session during which I would try a get an understanding of why you want to come to therapy right now, take some history and think together with you about the way forward.
I would then meet with you weekly to help you to increase your self understanding; help you to develop an awareness of a wider range of options available to you and to take responsibility for the changes you want to make.
