About me
Hi I’m Mike. I am in private practice as a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. My approach to working with clients is empathic and offer a safe space and non-judgemental understanding to help explore with you whatever it is troubling you.
As an Integrative Counsellor I respect the individuality of the client, and reflect on the clients needs, beliefs, likings and characteristics whether it be past, present or future to assist in moving forward in therapeutic process. Using this flexible and inclusive approach, there are many resources in which I can draw from to ensure my clients are being supported through their own unique life experiences and issues that they choose to bring to therapy.
Central to my approach is a focus on the therapeutic relationship, which is collaborative and involves working together on an agreed focus for therapy. To help assist this I will provide a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment in which we can work together to achieve your goals.
I offer a free initial and no-obligation consultation where we can discuss your needs and how my services and techniques can adapt and work for you.
