Emily Mia Hughes-Smith BSc (hons) MBACP
10 Station Parade
I am a person-centred counsellor based in Eastbourne. From my room I offer a safe, confidential and gentle space for you to explore potentially difficult, tender and traumatic aspects of life.
I understand that there are many reasons for people to seek counselling and those reasons can be very painful. I am naturally very empathic and non-judgemental and I believe in the relationship between myself and my clients, the connection we develop, combined with offering specific conditions through counselling we can work towards positive and long lasting change.
As well as 1:1 counselling I offer couples counselling and progressive family therapy, promoting individual growth and connection as part of a group.
If you would like to know more about counselling, or if you have any questions I would love to hear from you, 07738879691. Warm wishes, Mia.
