About us

Hello,

I'm Mia, an accredited Psychological Therapist.

My training and qualifications include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Social Sciences and Psychology to name a few.

I aim to empower individuals by helping them become more self connected and self aware which can aid in making relevant changes to improve life satisfaction. The therapy is personalised, and covers beliefs (mindset), behaviour (action), emotions (feelings) and somatics (impact on body). I have a special interest in holistic wellness. 

Areas of interest:
Cultural identity, Intersectionality, Self esteem; Body image dysmorphia; Stress; Anxiety; OCD; Panic; Depression; Life stage adjustments; Social Anxiety; PTSD, Grief / Bereavement.

I work both online and in person in London.
