About me

Hello I am offering remote sessions in these difficult and uncertain times of social distancing. I offer short and long term psycho-therapeutic counselling to individuals and couples who wish to explore difficulties they face in their lives and the affects of such difficulties on their emotional, mental and often physical well being.

I work within the ethical frame work of National Counselling Society and using a highly integrative approach, I create a confidential, non-judgemental and respectful therapeutic environment which supports growth and change for the people I work with.

Through my work in the private and volunteer sector, I have experience of working with clients of all ages, with a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties including stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Abuse, Anger and behaviour management, bereavement and loss, as well as addiction and phobias. In addition I also work with individuals or couples who may not have any specific issues but are looking to enhance their positivism towards life by addressing personal growth and emotional development.

I am NCS registered and accredited and adhere to their strict code of conduct.

I work from a lovely, warm and friendly clinic and can offer an appointment within a week of contact. Should you decide that I may be the right counsellor for you, I would be more than happy to talk further and offer a discounted first session for you.
