I am a fully qualified Integrative therapist based in Birmingham . I provide a safe and confidential space in which you can explore issues that may be troubling you.
As a Integrative therapist, I use a host of therapeutic techniques that ensure your sessions are tailored to your needs, so your sessions will be as individual as you are. I will listen and help you to explore what is worrying you. We will work collaboratively together at your pace and explore the possibilities for change.
You will be encouraged to trust in your intuitive ability. Together, we will work through the issues that first brought you to therapy, until you feel confident to make the changes you want to make.
My clients have described their experience of counselling sessions, as a space where they feel fully accepted and respected, which has allowed them to make positive changes in their lives. I have been described by clients as non judgmental, understanding and warm.
You may have had experience of counselling before, and there are lots of different types of therapy on offer, which can make choosing a therapist confusing. Initially, I offer a free thirty minute consultation. This is an opportunity for you to discuss some of the things you would like to get from the therapy. It also is a opportunity for you to see how you feel about working with me, and me with you, and answer any questions you may have.
If you decide you would like to start counselling sessions, I would recommend regular weekly appointments, where this is possible.
I specialise in working with adults experiencing a range of issues including
Stress and anxiety
