Looking for affordable counselling in Littlehampton town centre with a friendly non judgemental counsellor?
Hi my name is Melody, I'm a counsellor and I just really enjoy helping people make sense of their world.
Do you sometimes feel anxious, stressed, confused, unhappy, lonely? Maybe you are having relationship difficulties which you are struggling to understand or deal with. Maybe you would like to understand yourself a bit better and explore your responses to things and why you say and do the things you do. I can help you explore these areas and gain a new insight.
I have created a really nice cosy comfy counselling office in Littlehampton, and my aim is for my clients to feel comfortable with me, seeing our hour together as their time to relax and feel at ease as we explore the things that bring them to counselling, and leave feeling heard and understood.
Talking to a counsellor can help you view things differently, or you might want to work on gaining fresh strategies which could help you make the changes you want. I can help you create a change for the better, regardless of your past, and help you overcome limitations that are holding you back. Together we can look at ways that you can shape a brighter future.
I can offer general counselling for most difficulties, and I also have experience and specialist training in: addiction, substance abuse, rape and sexual abuse, and emotional abuse. I am passionate about empowering people to discover their true identities, take ownership of their lives, and identify any destructive patterns that might be preventing them from truly enjoying their lives
Please check out my website where you can read more about what to expect from me. I'm active on my fb and twitter pages and I like to post regular helpful articles and blogs I have written, so you can follow me there.
If any of this sounds good to you, call or email me, and let's talk about it.
Our first meeting will be a 30 minute initial assessment and this is to find out whether you feel comfortable with me and if the way I work suits you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
