About me

Hi, I’m Melanie (but you can call me Mel). If you're struggling with anxiety, stress, or emotional eating, I can help you regain control and find balance. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, emotional eating, and relationship issues. My approach focuses on addressing the root causes and providing practical strategies for healing. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and work through life’s challenges.

I also work with teenagers and understand the difficulty parents face in finding the right counsellor for their teenager.

I work in Poole on Monday and Fridays and I'm in London on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

I'm currently accepting clients—call today to start your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life.
