About me

I offer psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples in Essex and London. I also offer therapy for teenagers with parental or guardian consent.

I believe that Therapy is a powerful tool which helps people to heal, refocus and progress in a healthier and more productive way.

"Through Therapy we find that quiet, honest space deep at the core of our being, reminding us of who we are. Once we remember, we cannot forget" Melanie John

Our Sessions

Our first session is a chance for you to talk about your reasons for seeking therapy, I will explain how I work and give you an understanding of what you can expect from me. You can then make an informed decision if you feel that therapy is the right choice for you.

Going forwards, I will support and guide you, offering you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to speak freely.

My Experience

  • low self-esteem

I worked for a London based charity supporting vulnerable people experiencing physical and/ or sexual abuse, trauma and homelessness.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
