Hello and welcome. I provide a warm, safe and confidential space in comfortable rooms in Seaford & Bexhill. I have Private and Public sector experience as a Counsellor Psychotherapist, working with both Adults, Teenagers & Young People.
You may never have considered Counselling as a way of helping you with painful emotions and difficulties in your life until now. I hope after reading on that you will get a sense of who I am and what I may offer you.
I am caring sensitive and perceptive, and use an appropriate balance between support and challenge, depending on your needs.
Confidentiality is at the heart of working together. With empathy and non-judgemental support from me we can gently create a connection. Together we can work with different strategies to enable you to gain a better sense of who you are and where you may be able to move forward in your life.
