Thank you for visiting my profile.
What is Counselling - a time set aside for you to talk in a relaxed, confidential and professional setting about what is causing you distress.
It's a safe space in which you are accepted and held, listened to and not judged, so you can get in touch with and express innermost feelings. I will help you gain insights and explore more helpful ways of looking at things. Sometimes, the seeds of our present distress were sown in our past.
My Counselling Style
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a variety of counselling models so as to best serve the unique person that you are. Having lived and worked in several countries, I can relate with clients going through similar transitions.
If you find it helpful, we can also explore spirituality and faith, as painful present-day realities may prompt us to look beyond the veil of our material existence. For more information go to my website (link shown next to my photo above).
Free Initial Consultation
It takes courage to seek help from someone, especially if you've never had counselling before, and so I offer a free 20-minute phone or Skype initial consultation, without obligation, so that you can decide whether we can work together. We can agree on an initial number of sessions (face-to-face, Skype or both) which can be adjusted.
