My Relationship Work
Relationship counselling can help you discuss your relationship issues in a safe and confidential environment and try to find a way to deal with them effectively and move forward. To achieve this I provide caring, supportive and non-judgemental environment for my clients. I believe that every relationship is unique with its own dynamic and circumstances, and therapist's approach to the relationship issues needs to take this into account.
Through the years of practice I have developed my own integrative approach to the relationship therapy and counselling. I have been trained in a range of relationship theories and approaches, including psychodynamic, systemic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural ways. In my practice I prioritise my client's needs, and work together with them to achieve their goals.
My private practice is in Islington, situated in a safe, residential area (N5 2HU) and easily accessible from Hackney, Haringay, Enfield, Camden, City, East London, Central London and South London.
