About me

Talking and expressing one's feelings openly can be difficult and overwhelming at the same time. As challenging as it sounds, talking to a counsellor will help you in taking the steps towards understanding how you are feeling as well as moving forward to make the change within you. I will strive to provide a safe space to explore your thoughts in depth allowing you to understand your inner self within a non-judgemental and confidential environment.

Empathy and Congruence play a significant role within the counselling relationship, which is what I exactly endeavour to offer to my clients to feel safe and to be understood.

I offer support in coping with Anxiety, Anger management, stress, lack of confidence, low self-esteem and Depression.  I have experience working with people who have been victims of Rape or Sexual Abuse along with Domestic Violence.

It is important for the client and counsellor to build a good relationship to see the effective of counselling. Therefore, I will walk along with you through this journey where you will embark on finding your inner self. If you feel that I can help you in difficult times, please call or send me an email.

I offer initial free phone consultation where we can discuss about what your understanding of counselling is and the goals you have in mind to achieve at the end of this process.

On the first session of counselling, we can agree on the frequency of the sessions to suit your requirements.
