About me

I work with adults and young adults safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each of my clients and fiercely believe in trust and confidentiality.

Issues I regularly work with are depression, trauma, relationship problems, abuse, cultural adjustment, chronic illness, university and college stress, and more. Before moving to Scotland I lived and taught university in China, South Korea, and Japan for 12 years and volunteered on a crisis line where I spoke to people from all walks of life.
