About me

Helping Clients Transform & Create A Life Of Freedom And Fulfilment.

I am an experienced Counsellor and Coach offering a professional and confidential service dedicated to supporting people who feel alone with their issues to help them find and live a more contented life.

I have worked with clients on a variety of issues including relationship problems, communication issues, affairs, separation and divorce, sexual issues, sexuality, domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, anger, self-harm, abuse, low self-esteem, bereavement, diversity issues, pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage and obsessive compulsive disorders.

Many of us at some stage in our life may find ourselves overwhelmed, stuck and not able to cope.

Do you need some form of emotional help and would like to benefit from counselling?

Are you stuck on how to move forward and would like a planned focus to the way you view your life?

Are you are feeling over whelmed with life’s problems, but know things needs to change?

Has your past or present challenges created barriers to your ability to move forward in life?

I feel that whatever challenges you are facing, they can be worked through in counselling.

The aim of therapy is "for you to become the person that you want to be." My experience to date, centres around a Humanistic Approach, using Person Centred as my core Therapy, Transactional Analysis and solution focused therapy.  I am also, an experienced person centred Coach.

My experience enables me to recognise that one approach does not fit all. I respect my clients and I am sensitive to my client’s individual needs in therapy, my experience allows me to draw upon a range of approaches and modalities to meet each client’s individual need.

I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space where I will help you explore and understand these challenges. I will help you identify patterns of behaviour; develop new perspectives and strategies to facilitate change, visible possibilities and greater confidence.

Coaching: As your coach, I will support and inspire you to show up in a bigger way at home, at work, and for yourself; exploring your relationships and how you can face your fears with confidence; empowering you to own and choose the experiences you want in your future; adding meaning to ambition; staying happy, healthy and actively focused for your success.

Coaching will enable you to see where you want to be. It will empower you to set realistic goals so you can achieve extra-ordinary results.

I offer coaching for life situations, for work, career, parenting, education or for any area of your life you want improved performance.
