About me

Counselling - Exploring your thoughts and feelings to gain a better understanding of yourself and of others

I offer individual and couples counselling and see clients from aged 15 years and upwards, working with a range of difficulties client's may be experiencing.

I focus on building the client relationship providing a warm, safe and confidential space to build the trust.

Many people who come for therapy may be struggling with their day to day lives, feeling anxious, depressed, distressed or lost.  Gaining a deeper understanding of what the client's difficulty is, often a feeling as being 'stuck' can help identify  their repeated and unhelpful patterns and scripts that they keep falling into.

If you are considering some form of change attending your first session is taking the first courageous step.  When required, techniques and strategies may be discussed to seek ways of managing your difficulties towards influencing positive change.

With close support, guidance and mutual understanding, counselling can help you move forward, so you can improve your overall wellbeing.

My private practice is in North Surrey, Claygate near Esher (KT10) not far from the A3 road and within 7 minute walk from Claygate station with easy access by train (London Waterloo line) and K3 bus routes.

COVID 19: I am conducting face to face sessions in compliance with Government Guidelines if it's safe to do so whilst also conducting video sessions via Zoom or Skype.
