About me

My style of counselling is known as Integrative. I focus on building the client relationship whilst trying to understand how the client is experiencing their difficulty from their perspective.

If you're reading this, you may be considering some form of change within you and attending your first session is taking the first courageous step. When required, techniques and strategies may be discussed to seek ways of managing your difficulties with an action plan, towards influencing positive change.

We can decide at the end of the first session if you'd like to work with me and conversely whether I might be the right person for you.

With close support, guidance and mutual understanding, counselling can help you move forward, so you can improve your overall wellbeing.

My private practice is in North Surrey, in Claygate near Esher (KT10) not far from the A3 road and within 7 minute walk from Claygate station with easy access by train (London Waterloo line) and K3 bus routes.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
