About me

Are you struggling with day to day issues? Are you unclear of where you're going in life? Are life's challenges getting too much for you? I can help!

I'm a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a safe and confidential counselling service where you're able to express yourself without judgement.

Life can be challenging, issues of the past can affect us, which can leave uncertainty in our lives. We may become a little 'stuck' and in need of some support to get past that stage.

I work within the ethical framework of the BACP.

I offer a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about your personal experiences and circumstances. Together we will explore and reflect on your current challenges, feelings and thoughts, this may enable you to better understand your difficulties and what it is you need, and to identify the areas of your life that you would like to change. I will help guide you to discover new ways of approaching and dealing with your issue so that you can make the necessary choices and life changes that will enable you to move forward and be content.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
