Maxine James - BACP Registered, NCS Accredited Counsellor.
Would you like to have a better insight of the feelings and emotions you're experiencing? Would you like to gain a better understanding of Your relationship with others? And how to make changes to your life; explore and understand the issues you are experiencing and why they are stopping you from moving forward and progressing? We can improve your life one session at a time.
This Is your journey and I can help and support you with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, bereavement, eating disorders and many many more. I understand the decision and search for a counsellor can be a daunting prospect and can leave you feeling very anxious. Going through the unknown can be a scary place to be in, and my priority is that you feel comfortable and safe, I do offer a safe quiet place but also offer home visits if you feel you would be more comfortable.
I am an accredited integrative counsellor, I worked in a voluntary capacity for a respected local organisation for 2 years as a person-centred therapist, gaining experience of counselling adults, covering a wide range of issues.
I was trained as an integrative counsellor; so I’m able to tailor your session in many different ways to suit you, thus making you feel at ease.
I believe for counselling to be affective, we need a good foundational relationship between client and therapist. I will provide a safe, confidential and judgment free space to achieve a good working relationship, thus making you as the client feel comfortable so that I can support you on your journey.
please take the time to browse on my website and read my reviews.
