Would you like to have a better insight of the feelings and emotions you're experiencing? Would you like to gain a better understanding of Your relationship with others? And how to make changes to your life; explore and understand the issues you are experiencing and why they are stopping you from moving forward and progressing? We can improve your life one session
This Is your journey and I can help and support you with any anxiety issues, relationship problems, depression, bereavement, eating disorders and many many more. I understand the decision and the search for a counsellor can be a daunting prospect and can leave you feeling very anxious. Going through the unknown can be a scary place to be in, and my priority is that you feel comfortable and safe, I do offer a safe quiet place but also offer home visits if you feel you would be more comfortable.
I am an accredited integrative counsellor, I worked in a voluntary capacity for a respected local organisation for 2 years as a person-centred therapist, gaining experience of counselling adults, covering a wide range of issues.
I was trained as an integrative counsellor; so I’m able to tailor your session in many different ways to suit you, thus making you feel at ease.
I believe for counselling to be affective, we need a good foundational relationship between client and therapist. I will provide a safe, confidential and judgment free space to achieve a good working relationship, thus making you as the client feel comfortable so that I can support you on your journey.
please take the time to browse at my website and read my reviews.
I have appointments to suit you options of days or evening
I work from two different locations. One is a 10 minute drive from junction 24 (kegworth) and the other is about 10 mins drive from M1 j25, 5 mins walk from long Eaton train station and it’s on a regular bus route
I also travel out up to a 15 mile radius, which I feel accommodates anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable leaving their home, or travelling.
