About me

ONE LIFE COUNSELLING

I am a Relationship Counsellor & also  work with clients who have anxiety, depression and low self esteem issues. I offer online or phone sessions only, so that I am able to work with clients wherever they live. Talking and sharing our thoughts and feelings are the only way of lessening our anxieties and healing ourselves. I can help you with this and once you contact me, we will have an initial phone or video session [it's up to you which you prefer]. This will last for about twenty minutes, and is free.  My fees thereafter are £55.00 per session.  Concessions are available to enable unemployed and those who are on a low wage, to receive therapy they need.  Counselling is not a 'quick fix', it can take time to work through the problems in your life that are making you unhappy.  It is different for everyone so there is no set amount of sessions although I usually suggest that we start with six.

I help you to understand the benefits of choosing positive communication and help you develop equally positive listening skills.  As far as we know, we only have one life so to be as emotionally fulfilled as we can be is what we owe ourselves. If we can start to learn to  Choose positivity we can be on the road to healing. Please call me if you need help.

If I am unable to speak to you when you call, please leave me a message/email I will usually be able to get back to you within 24 hours.

Thank you for reading my page.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
