About me
I'm a professional Transpersonal Psychotherapist with a holistic approach to treating mind, body and soul. Registered with the Uk Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). As well as holding diplomas in counselling and psychotherapy, I am also a Master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Master in Eriksonian Hypnosis and Master Results Coach. I offer clients a professional and all-round valuable experience that helps clients trace the origins and consequences of their behaviour patterns and take their learning forward into their lives to create unique, life-changing opportunities.
I provide a confidential, safe and impartial space where you can talk about your emotional issues which may be stopping you from getting the most out of your life.
Exploring your concerns can often help you better understand your strengths, build on them and find ways to make the changes that you want.
In 2006 I established Breakthrough Retreats to meet a growing demand for personalised therapy, Breakthrough Retreats offers a wide range of transpersonal services tailored and customised to clients needs and circumstances. These include retreat courses, psychotherapy and professional counselling, hypnosis, NLP, and business development programmes for therapists and counsellors. Areas of retreat work; Bereavement, Depression, Stress & Burn-Out, Addictions as well as Anger Management.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
