About me

I help people who long to feel calmer, more relaxed, and have more meaning, purpose and passion in life, but whose doubts weigh them down.

I motivate them to go on a journey of exploration so that they can understand themselves better. Getting the healing and confidence they deserve.

Rest assured. Through my careful listening, you can be yourself without judgement.

Together, we'll explore how to get to a place where your ups and downs are manageable.

Training, qualifications & experience

I received a diploma in Gestalt (Awareness) Counselling in London. I'm also a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and I'm trained to level two in Gottman's Couples Counselling therapy. I'm in my final year of a Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I'm currently qualified to a Masters Level. I have regular supervision and I've been in private practice for over 4-years.
