Training, qualifications & experience
I received a diploma in Gestalt (Awareness) Counselling in London. I'm also a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and I'm trained to level two in Gottman's Couples Counselling therapy. I'm in my final year of a Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I'm currently qualified to a Masters Level. I have regular supervision and I've been in private practice for over 4-years.

This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations.
In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I work online, over the phone or in person from my home. You can book a free 15-minute consultation with me through my website. And you can book a full session by contacting me via email, phone or by booking through the calendar on my website.
In our initial session, we'll talk about what you want to get out of counselling; and if you're happy to continue we'll set up a second session, and discuss how frequently you'd like to meet.
