About me

I am a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Advanced Gestalt Psychotherapist in training at the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute (WPI) and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS).

I offer low-cost therapy and counselling for adults on a long or short term basis through WPI's Affordable Therapy Service, which provides high-quality psychotherapy delivered by therapists who are in training leading to UKCP registration.

I have been working in counselling since 2011 with adults on a one-to-one basis and based at the Custard Factory in Birmingham city centre, which is within walking distance of several car parks and good public transport links.

UPDATE: Due to the current Coronavirus situation I am conducting all sessions by video call (Skype, Zoom, Jitsi Meet) or telephone only. Video calling is my preferred option.
