Hello, I'm Matthew and I work in Ealing Broadway.
We all seek therapy for different reasons. Often it is because we feel stuck, overwhelmed or hurt.
You might be struggling with a relationship, coping with stress or hoping to change a behaviour that is not working for you.
As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I aim to meet you in places like these and help you to grow in whichever way you feel is right. I won't tell you what to do, but I will assist you in finding a way forward for yourself.
As well as practising counselling and psychotherapy indoors, I am also trained in "Wild Therapy", a different approach where your sessions could take place outdoors. If this is something that interests you or you would like any more information about this, please let me know.
Please view my website for more information. You can contact me directly through The Counselling Directory, or via my website.
Training, qualifications & experience

- Diploma Integrative Counselling (BACP accredited training)

I have 6 years of experience of working as a counsellor and over 14 years experience of working 1-2-1 in the helping professions.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre in London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from The Minster Centre awarded by Middlesex University.
As well as seeing clients in private practice on Mondays, I currently manage a counselling service across a group of schools in London, where I work therapeutically with teachers and parents, and manage a team of therapists who work with children.
As well as working within private practice, I have wide experience of working as a counsellor in different settings including Higher Education, the NHS, with staff and parents in schools, and in a charity. I have experience of short-term and long-term work.
