Matthew Dunn, UKCP & MBACP
Hello, I'm Matthew and I work in Hunters Bar, Sheffield (S11) and Ealing Broadway, London (W5). I am accredited by the UKCP and a member of the BACP.
People seek therapy for different reasons. Often it is because they feel stuck, overwhelmed or hurt.
You might be struggling with a relationship, coping with stress or hoping to change a behaviour that is not working for you.
When things are difficult, a psychotherapist can support you and help you to grow in whichever way is right for you. I won't tell you what to do, but I will help you to find a way forward for yourself.
As well as practising counselling and psychotherapy indoors, I am also trained in "Wild Therapy", a different approach where your sessions could take place outdoors. If this is something that interests you or you would like any more information about this, please let me know.
You can contact me directly through The Counselling Directory, or via my website which you'll find at www.matthewdunntherapy.com
