About me
Successful therapy IS possible; don't give up! As an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Addiction & Trauma Consultant, Treatment Manager, and Family Interventionist, the client's successful treatment is the norm and paramount to me. I will let previous clients hopefully inspire you: “You helped me know myself, honour myself, understand myself and ultimately free myself." (Leigh, Norfolk) "PTSD and anxiety no more!" (J, Diss). "I have seen many therapists and other professionals, but the The Inner Solution is extremely special. Words can't describe how grateful I am Matt!!" (Mike, Suffolk)
My specialities include counselling and psychotherapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Addiction & Alcoholism, Phobias, Bipolar, Depression, Panic Disorder, Attachment and Developmental Disorders, and more. "Remember how much I was struggling with my recovery when I came to you? I still can’t believe how you helped me..." (H, Norfolk)
I deeply invest in my clients, their therapy and treatment. Don't give up hope; reach out. You will be truly amazed at what is possible! I look forward to assisting you. "Matt is a unique psychotherapist who has phenomenal insight and knowledge. He talks and listens from the heart with enormous passion." (India Kirby, psychotherapist, Suffolk)
