About me

I work with a wide variety of individuals experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, employing an in depth personal assessment to inform the most appropriate therapy approach.

Some of the many conditions I work with include: stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, weight management issues and eating disorders. I can offer a wide range of evidence based therapeutic approaches including:

  • CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)
  • Acceptance and commitment therapy
  • Motivational interviewing
  • Brief solution focused therapy

I also offer more specialist assessment and input when required, for example:

  • Pre and Post operative psychological assessments (bariatric surgery, cosmetic procedures)

I also direct a dedicated mental health practice called Select Psychology which has a team of Psychologists and Counsellors. Contact us for a free phone consultation to find out more about how our highly qualified and experienced team can help you.
