About us

The Marylebone Centre is committed to providing outstanding, personalised therapy around sexuality, psychosexual issues, compulsive sexual behaviours, relationships, and mood disorders. Our team of specialised, highly trained therapists offer personalised treatment programmes for clients and their partners. Services include one-to-one, couples, and group programmes.

The Marylebone Centre is the first of its kind in the UK to offer treatment and support for sexually compulsive behaviours. We offer a Diploma in Sex Addiction/Compulsivity that is accredited by Middlesex University, approved by the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity, and approved for CPD hours by the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

Training, qualifications & experience

We ensure a holistic approach to therapy by staffing our clinic with practitioners from diverse therapeutic backgrounds including neuroscience, psychology, sexual health, addiction, relationships, and forensics. Our staff include psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists registered or accredited by organisations such as UKCP, BACP, BABCP, COSRT, BPS. Many of our staff are published authors and invited speakers in their field.
