Mary Pascall Counselling - MBACP
I'm Mary, a psychotherapeutic counsellor with a relational/person-centred approach.
Maybe you are seeking counselling because you are experiencing daunting, stressful, anxiety-inducing or depressing feelings, panic or isolation. Perhaps you are going through a life-changing event, such as being away from home, relationship breakdown or loss. Or maybe you are seeking support for work-related issues, career advancement or personal development.
I offer a genuine, confidential and non-judgemental talking therapy to individuals 18+.
My aim is to support you in working through difficulties and achieving your goals. By talking things through, in confidence, without judgement, in a warm, relaxed manner, we can make sense of things together, to bring about a change for you.
With the right support, it is possible to resolve or reduce the impact of difficult feelings. So whether you wish for short-term or open-ended therapy, we can find the pace that suits you. You are welcome to email, text or phone to arrange a free discussion.
Please note that in response to the current directive regarding COVID-19, I have suspended face-to-face therapy until further notice. Telephone counselling is available to new and existing clients.
I look forward to hearing from you.
