I can offer a relaxed, safe space within professional boundaries to explore together the issues which bring you to my door. I am an integratively trained counsellor and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Number: 713382).
I offer support on the following Issues: Relationships, Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Transitions, General Life Circumstances.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have have been a counsellor at the University of Chichester from 2009 until 2016 and have experience with a wide range of students from 17 years old up to and including mature students.
Since 2009 and presently I am a counsellor for SAGE Counselling, where adults with limited mobility are visited in their homes. As part of the Training Team with SAGE Counselling I deliver a session annually to counsellors on relevant topics.
In 2017 I joined Confide Counselling and as part of this service, I am a counsellor for the HUB - which is a multiple-facility for those who presently have no homes.
From 2008 until 2010, I have been a counsellor for Project 18, as part of the Information Shop and have counselled people from 13-25 years old.
