Martyn Oakland UKCP Psychotherapist, BSc Psych, MBACP Clinical Integrative
I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, which means that I work with you to help you understand yourself in your world. I use different therapy techniques and match your needs with my knowledge base. We work together, collaboratively, in a private, safe, confidential setting, and explore any issues or problems that you bring.
We will talk about things that you may find difficult to speak about to anyone else and help make sense of it.
I see clients in Seaford, East Sussex. I can see people on Thursdays and Fridays, plus selected other times. My sessions last 50 minutes and would normally be weekly.
