About me

Hello, my name is Martin, I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Mindfulness Practitioner. For the past 10 years I have been working as a CBT Therapist with the NHS & BUPA specialising in working with Depression & Anxiety Conditions. I hold a particular interest in working with clients presenting with Low Mood/Low Self Esteem and General Anxiety. I am also currently training in EMDR and hold a particular interest in the treatment of Trauma/PTSD. I am currently accepting new referrals and taking on new clients.

Using Cognitive Behavioural & Mindfulness based approaches we will explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. By exploring the relationship between these different areas I will support you to make positive changes. Sometimes this may involve exploring the relationship between past and present events.

I am a warm empathic practitioner who offers clients a safe environment to overcome their difficulties in line with their values and goals. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation in order to give clients the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about therapy. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the therapy process.
