About me

I have a great passion and enthusiasm for the work I do as a counsellor and I believe in the whole health of a person.  I Co-Founded the service Healo - The Experience where we deliver a range of well-being options for people in the surrounding area we aim to work creatively to meet your needs and develop a counselling and well-being option that best fit your needs. We aim to provide our clients with a safe, confidential space where a person can be honest and be themselves.

I have been working as a Counsellor for approx 5 years and within the helping professions for 15 including mental health supports, youth work, family work and working within the homeless and care sector.

I qualified in 2013 as an Integrative Counsellor and have since this gained a wealth of training and experience.

Including but not exclusively:

addictions/substance misuse,

trauma,

anxiety,

depression,

stress,

OCD

anger,

relationship issues,

domestic violence

men's issues

young peoples counselling.

We also currently run relaxation groups using Auricular acupuncture and mindfulness techniques and these techniques have been very successful to help reduce anxiety, stress and improve sleep..

Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling
