What I offer
I am passionate about supporting those in need of help in a completely trustworthy and non-judgement setting.
You will have your own set of preferences when looking for the right therapist - previous clients have told me they chose me because:

- I am warm and approachable.
- I am a good listener.
- I genuinely care
- I will make them feel comfortable and safe.
I am passionate about the therapeutic process. I believe that given the right conditions, we can all thrive and expand our awareness enough to live a fulfilled life. That is what I want for you.

I specialise in helping clients who have been affected by domestic violence, sexual violence, rape, childhood sexual abuse, childhood trauma.
My work with military personnel and families
I have vast experience of working with military personnel and the families of both veterans & serving soldiers. I come from a military background myself so I know the unique set of challenges that military families face.
I worked at Queen Elizabeth hospital on the military wards, supporting soldiers with physical and emotional injuries who had been flown back from war zones. I also supported soldiers and veterans with combat trauma including physical injuries and mental health while working at Help for Heroes.
Please do get in contact with me if you have any questions - 07368547642 or email.
I would like to wish you the very best on your journey.
