About me
As a Psychotherapist and Business/Career Coach, I support individuals in building confidence, gaining clarity, and creating meaningful direction in both their personal and professional lives. I offer psychotherapy and coaching as distinct ways of working, and for some clients, an integrative approach that blends both can be especially effective, allowing for deep exploration alongside practical, forward-focused change.
In psychotherapy, I help clients explore emotional challenges and recurring patterns, often rooted in earlier experiences, to develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic principles, offering a reflective, supportive space to work through issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties.
Through coaching, I assist individuals in navigating career transitions, business development, and personal growth. Coaching sessions are goal-oriented and solution-focused, providing fresh perspectives and actionable strategies to support professional progress and fulfilment.
Whether you’re seeking therapy, coaching, or a combination of both, I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll co-create a bespoke and accessible path forward, one that aligns with your needs, values, and aspirations.
