About me
Hi there, I'm Mark and I am an Accredited Person Centred Counsellor.
Drawing on various other therapeutic modalities to compliment the work I do with clients, I provide a safe non judgemental environment in which we can work together to find the most suitable support needed.
I have many years of experience working with adults and young people and can also provide an early intervention approach. Additionally, I am able to draw on my own experiences of mental health and share the things I have learned where appropriate to improve others.
I believe that everyone has the ability to improve their mental wellbeing and sometimes this may mean only slight changes to their daily lives.
I provide face to face, video or telephone appointments.
Working with young people and adults over the years has provided me with first hand evidence of how small changes can bring big rewards.
