I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor with over 8 years of experience, working with people who have diverse needs, experiences, and circumstances. I offer a safe therapeutic space where you can be listened to, understood, and feel accepted. Using a non-judgmental approach, the opportunity is provided to explore and work through your needs and support you in achieving your goals.
The term Integrative Counsellor means I use different approaches and techniques, helping people to become more self-aware in order to promote self-growth. Essentially, these approaches use skills and techniques, such as empathy and genuineness. These therapeutic approaches include Psychodynamic, CBT, REBT, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy and more. This allows for diversity in my practice helping you to keep you focused, which allows for further exploration towards achieving your personal goals. The practice is enhanced with me remaining empathic to your exploration, transparent and genuine, at the same time respecting your autonomy. All these approaches derive from Humanistic Therapy, also known as Humanism and are founded in a Person-Centred therapy. Ultimately the aim is for you to find your own solutions and to be heard.
I pride myself on a unique and special practice that is tailored to your needs and gives you all that you deserve. My passion is to help people to achieve their full potential, empowering themselves to live their lives true to themselves, a completeness with a sense of contentment, free from the chains that can often hold people back.
