I am experienced with a wide variety of clients of all ages regarding issues such as anxiety, depression, isolation, alienation, life challenging experiences, (including loss related to health, relationships, etc.) anger, jealousy, phobias, guilt, shame and bereavement.
I use a person-centred Integrative approach with core conditions of Empathy, Congruence and Non-judgement.
I am able to Integrate CBT and Psychodynamic counselling to address specific client issues.
You are welcome to hold sessions in my confidential counselling room, or I can travel to your chosen location.

£30 per 1 hour session at my counselling room (100 Nortonwood lane, WA7 6QQ) or your preferred location.
Sessions at preferred locations are an additional £4.
