About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, experienced in supporting people with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. I specialise in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma, and also work with family and relationship difficulties, addictions and other issues.

I combine careful, empathic listening with evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are designed to aid the processing of distressing emotions. Effective therapy taps into each person's capacity for self-healing, creativity and growth.

I offer both brief and long-term therapeutic work, and respond to enquiries within 24 hours.

My WC1H consulting room is near King's Cross station, and my SW10 room is accessible via Fulham Broadway, Earls Court, Imperial Wharf and Sloane Square stations.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am trained in integrative psychodynamic counselling, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and EMDR, and am registered with the BACP.

Alongside my private practice I have coordinated a large mental health service for survivors of major trauma, and have worked in the NHS and the community sector.
