About me
You may be reaching out because you have been experiencing life as if it just doesn't seem to work out well the way you'd like it to, and while you've tried your best to get yourself past or through it, and commendably so, you're reaching the end of your tether with it. So, you're finally here.
Hello there, I'm here to offer you a warm welcome and safe respite from, but also get you through this thing if you are willing and determined enough to as well. After all, life is not a race, as we may feel great urgency to keep moving, it's a marathon, so let's go at the most manageable and healing pace that you need. Yet perhaps not the one you expect or want. As you reached out for support because something doesn't work for you anymore. And I assure you, that while your version of feeling happier and more at peace looks different from other people's, we can gradually get you there.
I specialise in working with a wide variety of presenting needs for people of both gender's, focusing on exploring anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties whether they are romantic/familial/social, anger management, self-esteem, trauma and several others too... including, but also beyond, issues that neurodivergent and/or LGBTQ+ individuals face/deal with.
If you're confident that you're ready to get stuck in with this process of profound growth and self-discovery, I'm here to support you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I bring over two years of experience supporting people from all walks of life through a wide range of mental health challenges. I’ve worked both in voluntary settings and in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing phone and online counseling for employees, some during their most difficult moments.
I hold a First-Class Honour Bachelor's degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, specializing in the person-centred approach. This means that you are the expert in your life, and I’m here to listen, understand, and walk alongside you without judgment. Our sessions are a safe space, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and while I offer little advice, I trust you to know yourself best outside of our time together.
Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree with a focus on person-centred compassion Focused therapy, trauma-informed mindfulness, bereavement and loss, and children & young people. As I expand my knowledge and experience my goal is to help you find moments of relief and guide you toward feeling lighter and more at peace. Doing so from a highly qualified and professionally recognised place.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Due to high demand, I can only offer concession rates for a small number of people with difficult personal circumstances, so you can rest assured that, if truly needed, your sessions will be more accessible and affordable.
(Please note: Concession rated sessions will be purely online).
I offer a 10% discount on a block of 10-15 sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and I have a 24-hour cancellation policy—late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session fee. Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will not result in any charges. Sessions are typically held once a week to allow time for reflection and self-care between appointments. Growth through therapy is a gradual process, so come prepared for meaningful personal work over time.
