About me
Fully Qualified Counsellor. I qualified as a fully trained Counsellor with a Diploma in Transactional Analysis in 2015 after following an interest I had for many years.
I work from home in a comfortable, friendly room where my aim is to develop a unique relationship with my clients that offers them the opportunity to explore their emotions, thinking, feelings and behaviours in a safe space and enable change to occur both within the room and in their life outside.
I have experience in working with Young People, Adults and Couples who are looking to talk through areas of their lives that are causing them difficulties and offer a non-judgemental space to explore the issues and support them to make change happen.
I have also carried out related work in my other roles involved with Young People, Veterans and Women experiencing Domestic Abuse. I have throughout my working life supported families experiencing a wide range of relationship difficulties.
