Oakleigh Community Church

My name is Marios Kaikitis and I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental counselling service in north London. Counselling is offered to individuals who are seeking to change, or gain understanding and support through current and past experiences, concerns or problems. I have experience working with depression, anxiety & stress, anger, abuse, relationship issues, bereavement and addiction.
In my experience, the most important aspect of counselling is the therapeutic relationship built together, based on trust and empathy.
My commitment is to offer my service to all, irrespective of religion, culture, ethnicity, gender, disability, status, beliefs and values.
I use an integrative approach which means I can incorporate some different methods such as CBT (cognitive behavioural techniques), psychodynamic or a person led approach, with a focus on spirituality. This can enable a flexible approach towards the uniqueness of an individual.
