Marina Stepanova, Resourceful Counselling for Women
At Resourceful Counselling For Women, you will have a safe space to explore your issues, where they have come from and how to deal with them so that you could feel happier and healthier in your daily life. I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I mainly work with women, but have a few spaces reserved for men (please get in touch to get your questions answered). I will walk alongside you on your healing journey to a life where you are able to deal with various obstacles in a better way.
Areas of expertise:
- Childhood trauma
- Life purpose
I offer short-term counselling and long-term psychotherapy, depending on your needs. Online and face-to-face sessions available.
Regular reviews will be carried out to ensure that your needs are being met. I am flexible and will tailor sessions to your needs. There is no set amount of sessions you have to have. It can only be one session if that is what you want.
I use Integrative Approach, because it employs different therapeutic tools and theories to suit each individual. I bring together Person-Centered and Gestalt approaches with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. If you are at the point in your life when you are wondering whether it is worth getting help dealing with difficulties you have encountered, then I urge you to give Counselling a go. It is not always possible to deal with life's obstacles on your own.
At Resourceful Counselling for Women, you will have a safe space to explore your emotional difficulties and work through any issues that you feel are holding you back from enjoying life.
Sessions last 50 minutes from the beginning of your appointment.
Times and days of sessions may vary, because I also work with children with special needs. Sessions will be booked in advance and we would both agree on times and dates. You can have weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Do not delay getting help any further. Today might be the beginning of you doing things differently and getting different outcomes in various areas of your life. You may be one phone call or e-mail away from having a completely different life.
I am also an award-winning author of Resourceful Mum. Take the First Step to The Life you Love. If you are a mum and are struggling to find your purpose in life, have a look at my book or make use of free bonuses on my website: www.resourcefulmum.com
My next book, Life Changing Therapy for Women will be published shortly. Keep an eye out for it, as it will help you decide if counselling is what you need to help you improve the quality of your life.
