About me

Supporting the emotional needs of children and young people (5-25).
I am a specialist child and adolescent counsellor/psychotherapist based in North Finchley.

I offer a private counselling service for young people from the age of 11 in a safe and confidential space for them to explore their emotional difficulties and the situations that they find themselves in.

I listen without judgement, helping them to make their own decisions, to develop self-reliance, resilience, self-awareness and give them confidence to effect change.

Many of us experience difficulties at some point in our lives and whilst friends and family can be a great support, it can be helpful to talk to a trained therapist who can help to make sense of where they are at.

Training, qualifications & experience

MSc Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy with Children and Adolescents. Birkbeck College, University of London.
B.Ed (Hons)

I currently work in both primary and secondary schools as a school counsellor and for a Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) Service.

I have more than 25 years’ experience of working with young people in and out of the education system and with a variety of organisations.

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their code of ethics.
