About me

I am a specialist child and adolescent counsellor/psychotherapist with more than 25 years experience supporting the emotional needs of children and young people (5-25).

I offer appointments on weekdays, after school and Sunday mornings.

To get started give me a call or send an email and then we can set up an initial session to talk about how counselling can be helpful for you/your child and what you want from counselling. If you are happy, we will then arrange to meet on a weekly basis for a fixed number of sessions or to work in an open ended way.

Many of us experience difficulties at some point in our lives and whilst friends and family can be a great support, it can be helpful to talk to a trained therapist who can help to make sense of where you/your child is at.
