Further information
The main focus of Human Givens therapy is recognising that every person has a defined set of needs and helping people get these needs met. Similarly, every person has an innate set of resources and we help clients make full and effective use of these resources to improve their emotional well being. Using a solution focused approach and by setting small achievable goals it is possible to make changes in their lives and for them to feel significantly better in a short period of time.
