About me

I'm a therapist and was raised in the UK, I went to study in America to become a Psychologist to gain a wide variety of training experiences that I could not get here in the UK. I’m here to listen and give you a place where you are safe and heard.

I’m committed to:
+helping you achieve a better understanding of yourself
+help you work through your challenges
+move forward with your life.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Other areas of counselling I deal with

My training has specialized me to work with young adults (18-30), those in any higher education and in early years of their careers.

Being in a higher learning environment is stressful and at times talking with someone and gaining new insights and strategies to dealing with the unique circumstances you are in can be helpful.
