About me
I am a qualified integrative therapist. My approach is compassionate, professional and tailored to support you in navigating life’s complexities. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, trauma, bereavement, low-self-esteem, relationship challenges or other issues, my goal is to help you access your unique inner qualities and strength.
In our sessions, we will work together to heal emotional wounds, develop deeper self-awareness and seek to align your life with your own values.
The decision about what to bring to our sessions is entirely yours. I can offer you both short-term, solution-focused and long-term, in-depth therapy - whether you’re seeking support for a specific issue or exploring deeper patterns in your life at your own pace.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London. The training programme is accredited by the BACP and the UKCP. As a Registered Member of the BACP, I adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by the BACP strictly. Confidentiality is paramount in my practice.
My approach is rooted in warmth, acceptance and curiosity. My practice is holistic and brings together all aspects of who you are - psychologically, physically and spiritually - to help you move towards a more authentic and fulfilling life experience. It incorporates depth-oriented therapy, CFT, IFS and ACT perspectives, as well as Gestalt practices, mindfulness, breath & somatic work, and creative techniques, like drawing and imagery.
I spent over a decade working in the fast-paced financial sector in the City of London. My legal and compliance background enhances my therapeutic work. This experience allows me to offer valuable insights into work-related stress, burnout, career transitions, and navigating complex professional environments. Beyond this, I am experienced in supporting a diverse range of personal and emotional difficulties.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
