18a Clermont Road
My private practice is located in Brighton, where I provide both short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, in a confidential, non-judgemental, comfortable setting.
The prospect of talking to someone about personal or painful feelings can feel daunting. An initial consultation can be useful to explore the current or unresolved past challenges for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. We can see how well we work together and be able to decide if my practice is appropriate for you.
My approach aims to assist you in exploring thoughts, feelings, conflicts, both in the present and past and to help facilitate change, growth and resolution, reducing symptoms and helping you to live more fully.
Get in touch with me by email or telephone if you'd like to arrange an initial meeting, or if you have any questions. All enquiries are dealt with in the strictest confidence.
