About me

Experiences lived in the past, whether as a child or in the recent past, abuse, relationships, death of a beloved one, disability, unwanted life/personal/career changes and more, can cause trauma that will interfere with everyday life. Either you can identify yourself with any of those or you simply need to make sense of your feelings and thoughts and need a space for reflection in a  confidential and empathic environment.

I am trained as an integrative counsellor which allows the use of different approaches to suit the specific needs of each client and a Qualified Domestic Abuse Facilitator. FREE initial assessment within 48 hours of your contact. Nothing can be conquered until we try! Why not give it a go? You can call/text or email. Location: Rochester & Kings Hill.

My services are offered in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental and empathic space where you can express your thoughts, feelings, hopes and despairs knowing that my vital values as a therapist are my wish to respect your personal inner truth, your understanding of the experiences you may faced with and tailor an approach of support that is unique to you.

As an eclectic therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change events of the past, we can work together to better understand them and resolve the challenges they pose in your life in this moment. Reaching out takes you one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
