my name is Maria, and I offer a safe space for you to explore and work through difficulties you are experiencing in your life. I work with all ages, in a relational and creative way. I use aspects of play therapy in my work, especially with children and young people. The way I work is determined by what I feel would be most helpful for you in that moment. My background is psychotherapy and this enriches the way I work. I have experience of working within the NHS, in community agencies and privately and have been practicing since 2013.
One of my interests is in exploring difference and our experience of it. I co-facilitated a workshop with Ounkar Kaur on Working with Difference at NAOS the intercultural therapy centre in Bristol.
