About me

Are you anxious, stressed or just not feeling yourself right now? Perhaps you have low self-esteem or low mood and are feeling stuck and confused. The process of talking and being listened to can help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, leading to a sense of relief as the impact of your overwhelm lessens.

My name is Maria (Mia). I am a National Counselling Society (NCS) registered and accredited Counsellor and Transactional Analysis Practitioner offering both short and long term therapy in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. I have worked with a variety of people around different mental health issues and am particularly interested in Low Self-Esteem, Anxiety and Low Mood. I work in a gentle and empathic way, offering time and space to work through whatever is troubling you.

Thank you for visiting my page. If you would like to take the next step, please call or email me. I offer a free, no-obligation, 15-minute phone assessment to briefly discuss what is currently concerning you and how we might work together.
