I am a fully qualified, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist and I have a long experience of counselling individuals and couples. I am trained in a number of different approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Relationship Therapy.
My private practice is located in Central Watford, a few minutes’ walk from the main shopping area and very near to Sutton Car Park. My counselling room is on the ground floor
As well as face-to-ace counselling I can also offer telephone and on line counselling. My session are for 60 minutes
When you first make contact me we can have a brief talk to see if you would like to make an initial appointment. In the first session it will be for you to tell me a little about yourself and why you have come for counselling and for you decide whether I am the right therapist for you.
I offer both short and long term therapy and I can work with you for as long we both feel it is helpful. If needed I can also offer solution focused therapy with a set number of sessions.
I am also a qualified supervisor and can offer 1 or 1.5 hour monthly sessions.

At times we can all feel sad, isolated or alone, or perhaps have difficult decisions to make. When we find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or low, it can help to talk to someone neutral in a safe environment. Talking in confidence and being listened to carefully can be the start of some positive changes.
For an informal confidential talk please telephone or email me. You can then decide whether counselling is for you and if you would like to meet up for an initial session to discover if I am the right counsellor for you.
